Not to mention that...
When reality turns into fiction. Not to mention the fact that... it can happen the other way around! Vice versa. So where are the boundaries? And where are we exactly? The process of creation is a collaborative activity that involves everyone, and now you can participate in it. We are on this journey together. All of us. Often alone, by ourselves, without any help, even though we could do it together. And suddenly, the impossible becomes possible. The KV Company and the Proton Theatre – what are they doing? They create an evening with your participation. An opening. LIVE. Together, we are strong.
"Performing in a room is always a challenge for both the actors and the audience. You simply can't lie, because if something is false or the performance lacks authenticity, it's immediately exposed. There is no such danger in Gábor Reisz's production of Not to mention that..." (Balogh Gyula, Népszava)
"A middle-aged couple is riding the Budapest tram, No. 4-6. The woman (Zsuzsanna Száger) is reassuring the man (Domokos Szabó) after his book launch when a young girl (Lili Walters) approaches them with the man's book and asks the author for a signature. It takes several minutes for the man to turn back to his wife. In the meantime, she handles the casual flirtation gracefully, provides a pen for the signature, and, above all, listens carefully. Gábor Reisz's strength lies in depicting such everyday crises, which take place between two tram stops: Budapest’s Mechwart Grove and the Buda Side of Margaret Bridge. He portrays these situations with empathy and then lets them go." (Nagy Klára, Színház)
