Proton Theatre's new production will have its world premiere on 27th May 2024 at the Wiener Festwochen. Parallax by Kornél Mundruczó was produced as an international co-production of eleven festivals and theatres, the Odéon-Théâtre de l’Europe, the Wiener Festwochen, the Comédie de Genève, the Piccolo Teatro di Milano - Teatro d’Europa, the HAU Hebbel am Ufer - Berlin, the Athens Epidaurus Festival, the Festival d'Automne à Paris, the Maillon Théâtre de Strasbourg - Scène européenne, the International Summer Festival Kampnagel - Hamburg, the CNDO Orléans and the La Bâtie - Festival de Genève, but without any support from Hungary, having Dóra Büki as producer. The guest performance of Parallax is the 7th time of Proton Theatre returning to the Wiener Festwochen.
